Advanced Exergy Analysis for a Novel Gasoline Absorption–Stabilization Process

چکیده
The advanced exergy analysis can identify the improved potential of each component and interaction among components refining processes. In this work, a new gasoline absorption–stabilization process (GASP) is proposed for better energy utilization considering absorption intensification, which be further explained using analysis. Both conventional GASPs are simulated in PRO/II, verified with actual plant operation data. performance both evaluated through efficiencies 65.04 71.44%, respectively. addition, total destruction rates 7.79 6.01 MW, destructions 46.37 40.73% reduced, Though stabilizer has largest processes, air cooler rich gas GASP reducing destruction, different from GASP. Furthermore, sensitivity performed to study effects newly added design parameters on analyses absorber.
